Kansai Paint Philippines Inc, donates ALES SHIQUY Anti Virus Paint to
Sta Rosa City Community Hospital
Heeding the urgent need to help prevent the spread of the COVID 19, Kansai Paint Philippines,
Inc (KPPI) coordinated with government hospitals within its home, the province of Laguna. Last
February 12, the City of Binan became the first recipient of the Ales Shiquy Anti-Virus paint, the first
and only paint that can deactivate virus and bacteria in any interior surface.
On March 10, 2020, another project was made possible through partnership with the Santa
Rosa City Local Government through the cooperation of the Santa Rosa City Engineering Office
headed by Engr. Albertini S. Solatan , and Santa Rosa Community Hospital Medical Director
and Chief of Hospital Dr. Parnell C. Patacsil, M.D.
This move by Kansai Paint Philippines is very timely”, said Dr. Parnell, “because we have just
assigned an area in our hospital to house our Isolation Rooms for PUI’s of the COVID-19
disease”. The actual painting job was administered by Robig Builders, an accredited
contractor of the city government.
Before the start of the painting job, Kansai Paint Philippines Marketing Supervisor Jeffrey
Sardalla and Technical Support Staff Daniel de Borja conducted training on the proper
application of Ales Shiquy.
